2nd Richmond Cider Celebration

Dive into the cider renaissance at the Richmond Cider Celebration, Saturday, November 15 from 11am to 4pm at the 17th Street Farmers’ Market! Sample hard ciders from nine different Virginia cider makers, participate in educational workshops, enjoy local food, music and more.

Advance tickets are just $20 and include commemorative tasting glass, dual wine tote, cider workshops and 10 cider tastings. Cider will also be available for purchase by the glass or bottle.

Participating Virginia cideries include: Albemarle CiderWorks, Blue Bee Cider, Castle Hill Cider, Cobbler Mountain Cellars, Corcoran Vineyards, Foggy Ridge Cider, Old Hill Cider, Potter’s Craft Cider, and Winchester CiderWorks.

Educational workshops included with each ticket include:

11:30 a.m. Apple Tasting with Old Hill Cider

12:30 p.m. Juice Pressing Demo with Albemarle CiderWorks and Blue Bee Cider

1:30 p.m. Fermentation Basics with Potters Craft Cider

2:30 p.m. European Cider Styles and Traditions with Foggy Ridge Cider

3:30 p.m. Blending Workshop with Castle Hill Cider and Foggy Ridge Cider
