City of Richmond Pine Camp Arts Center partnership with Field Studio will premiere its VFH-supported film, The Hail-Storm: John Dabney in Virginia. The film reveals the long-hidden history of an African American restaurateur born enslaved and ultimately renowned in Richmond for his skill, charm, and social savvy. Honor the legacy of John Dabney whose remarkable life traces his talents through his multi-talented descendants. December 7th are two free screenings at 11a.m. & 7p.m. at Pine Camp Arts Center, 4901 Old Brook Road, Richmond with free parking.
