Volunteers Lead the Way at Evergreen Cemetery
Published on April 25th, 2018 by Jess Maffey
Throughout April, volunteers have taken on the burgeoning spring plants at Historic Evergreen Cemetery. We’ve hosted volunteers every Saturday and still more are needed as the growing season begins in earnest. Thank you to everyone who joins us at the cemetery – your efforts are vital to restoring a historic Richmond treasure.
A big thanks to the Rising Mount Zion Baptist Church and Church of Latter Day Saints, who cleared much of Evergreen’s entranceway last week!
