From 8am-2pm on Friday, September 1st, Brightview Landscape Services will be onsite at Evergreen Cemetery conducting a large-scale clean up day with their crews. Brightview has graciously donated their services free of charge to Enrichmond and the cemetery. They will clear some of the major roadways through the cemetery to improve volunteer and family access to the grave-sites. 25 employees will be on site, using heavy equipment (bush hog, skid steer, mowers, weedeaters, etc) on the roadways only. Delegate Delores McQuinn and former Delegate and Secretary of Administration for the Commonwealth of Virginia Viola Baskerville will join us to kick things off.
UPDATE: Unfortunately we have cancelled the clean-up day on Friday, July 28th due to weather. We have rescheduled the event to September 1st.
