Fonticello Food Forest
We are moving forward with the dream to turn the two-acre plot in Carter Jones park, made available by the city of Richmond for urban agriculture, into a community food forest. Currently, we have planted our paw-paw patch, many native perennial trees, and shrubs, that are free for gleaning (once they’re ready!). We regularly hold informative and educational series at the Food Forest, and we want all to stroll through.
Your donations will go towards planting, beautification, and maintenance.
